Returns and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mysa Diamonds. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, excluding shipping costs. Here are the details:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at clientcare@mysadiamonds.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Returns received without a valid RA number or outside the 14-day return window will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or issue store credit within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Additionally, engraved items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanges

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
